Description

The Wanderer Expedition kit is the ultimate version of the Wanderer series of fully integrated electrofishing systems and comprises a converted EF suitcase, inverter generator, with fully integrated internal electrofishing control box (IEF) incorporated within the generator itself. The kit also features ergonomic, lightweight anodes and a Wanderer iCathode system that is detachable and sensing. This is a full kit of all the equipment needed to carry out electrofishing work. The Wanderer Expedition comes in Duo (2 anode) and Tres (3 anode) variants.

The Wanderer Expedition Duo kit comes complete with:

The Wanderer Expedition integrated electrofishing control box system is capable of powering 2 (Wanderer Expedition Duo) or 3 (Wanderer Expedition Tres) lightweight anodes, which come complete with ergonomic trigger handles with integrated LED configuration system built into the anode handle itself. Colour coded, low RSI, ergonomically designed arm braces are also included. Wanderer Pro anodes feature our Titanium Swing Ring system (TASRS) for ease of use and transportation, less weight (lightest anode rings in the World), less fatigue and more efficient electrofishing. Anodes all feature our bespoke UltraFlex cable in a choice of lengths which are coupled with IP68 rated, compact, small form factor connectors. The WMD Wanderer Expedition iCathode system also included, features intelligent sensing of cathode connection preventing output of the electrofishing control box without such. This provides superior safety control and ensures correct connections of cathodes are undertaken before fishing to detect the items are plugged in before allowing any output giving superior safety in the field. The Wanderer Expedition detachable iCathode enables swapping out worn cathode tails without the need to return to the manufacturer for replacement, adding additional tails where conductivity is poor and changing to longer or shorter tails as required depending upon the work being carried out. The iCathode system comes as standard with a single cathode tail, spare cathode connect bolts, spanners as well as spare O rings for anode and cathode connectors, cable tidy’s, cable clip attachments and carabiner.
