To be eligible to hire equipment you need to click here to set yourself up as a customer under our direct debit provider. Before any payment is take or any hire agreed a hire agreement for the period will be issued and signed.
Regular hire qualifies for a Trade Account. This has credit benefits, reduces accounting time, and reduces separate hire agreements etc. Eligibility is via 5 hires/annum or any extended period of hire >£2k ex vat. This is subject to agreement and acceptance by WMD and can be withdrawn at any time. Trade account clients also benefit from long term hire options at discounted rates.
Hire is taken from the day of dispatch or collection available from 7am on the first day of hire until it is received back. To see availability* please call our factory number on 01986 894607 or email info@wyremicrodevelopment.co.uk.
Hire is based of a daily recurring payment** that will be placed on your card, at the end of hire period if you have qualified for multi day discounts (price breaks on day 7 and 14 and then every 7 days there after) this will be re-credited*** to your account.
First time hiring with us? You will need to provide acceptable form of identification which will be retained along with a deposit for your first hire period unless you are on our pre approved list of contractors.

* responsibility for collection or arranging courier is the responsibility of the person hiring, sizing and number of parcels will be provided. WMD will ensure items are appropriately packaged and persons are available to sign over shipments to couriers
** on your statement the payment will display as “Gocardless”
*** discounts will be applied as follows: 7 days will be charged as seven days and the discount will appear as a separate refund once the hire Period has elapsed
****Direct Debit Refunds can take up to 5 days to clear and can not be refunded until 7 days after the initial scheduled payment date. If your query concerns one of these procedures please wait the aforementioned times taken from your notification date before raising an issue as we are unable to action any process under the direct debit protections scheme until such time has elapsed.
