Anode Rings
Drawing upon our RFID experience in marine and freshwater environments, we have adopted an innovative approach to anode ring construction. We have used a variety of materials specifically to enhance electrofishing efficiency, fish welfare and operator experience. Our anode ring materials vary from HD and narrow profile stainless steel, Aerospace Magnesium Composite (AMC) and Titanium, the later two weighing less than half the weight of our best stainless rings! All our anode rings use the WMD Swing Ring System (SRS) for adjustability of electrofishing anode angle (coping with varying heights of electrofishers) as well as ease of storage and transportation when folded against the anode pole.
