Our flooded antennae provide a different perspective on antenna construction and deployment. They are designed to use the water they are deployed in as a ballast assist, complemented with our SS ground anchoring systems to provide a robust and secure antenna with high range detection capabilities on a variety of WMD RFID PIT tags. Constructed from our own design, they provide affordable, reliable and effective PIT tag detection capability in a variety of habitats and flow regimes. Often deployed in pairs or multiples, in order to span whole river widths, they provide such complete coverage as to minimise missed tagged fish. They can be deployed in multiples (typically 8-10) on larger rivers. There are 3 models 2m, 5m and 7m. The 7m model is available in submersible format only and usually supplied as a build on site or available upon special transportation arrangements due to the size.
