Small Antenna System

Description

The WMD Small Antenna System is a retro-fit antenna system designed for deployment in conjunction with both terrestrial and aquatic systems such as, water intakes to power generation plants, fish passes, weir diversions and sluices. The HDPE frame is robust and reliable with slotted fixing points to allow for a variety of fitting options. The slippery frame material is perfect for shedding water and minimising flow impedance. The cabling exits at the top of the frame via a glanded cable protector and is a direct plugin fit with any of our DDATUs (DDATU), S-DDATU, FT-DDATU). These antennas can be supplied with full stainless mounting equipment for installs in flumes, intakes and existing structures or equipment. as well as around burrows of holes, hedgerow gaps etc. Terrestrial system use includes monitoring badger, red squirrel or otter movements in UK, mongoose in South Africa etc. Internal aperture 42x31cm
