TerraBio’s high performance Hive Plate Terrestrial antennae. Low profile, ~250mm diameter plate antennae. Available in sets of 6, 12 or 16, these antennae form a hive system enabling detection of movements over various locations within a site. Suitable for monitoring small mammals (mice, rats squirrels etc) through to mongoose and meerkats. Used for monitoring burrows and nests as well as in aviaries and monitoring nesting birds. Weatherproof robust design. Just connect the Hive reader (available separately) to the antennae and start monitoring!
Plate antenna are easily transportable and quick to deploy. Featuring either detachable plug connectors or spiral glanded connections, they come complete with mounting holes so users can create their own attachment points
Available in both HDX and FDX protocols
