Description

WMD HFD4 HDX/FDX PIT Tag handheld decoder/reader is a small form factor reader used for hand reading/scanning of RFID tags and identification of animals in one button press. The ultra clear, premium colour OLED display screen provides information of tag ID and protocol plus battery status and scanning mode.  Audible tag read beeper gives clear tag read indication. The reader features auto off (~120s) and is chargeable via the USB C port. Comes with free WMD data comm software (WMD HFD4 software) for accessing records. Bluetooth option for android systems also included.  Reader internally holds 16 000 tag and time/date records. Comes with Bluetooth connectivity for android systems also so data input can be accomplished remote from the pc/tablet/android phone etc. New for 2024, comes with integral wrist strap and protective clam shell case.
