WMD SLT Tags

Description

WMD SLT tags are a fast applying, self locking tag with all the benefits of external identification, making them a highly affordable tag for mark capture and habitat preference studies. SLT tags have a 40mm flag with 200mm lockable tie length. The advantages of SLT tags are a very low entry point for mark recapture and reporting projects. SLT tags support the running of wider public engagement and reporting using the identification on the exterior of the tag. No degradation of the tags external code will occur through UV or chemical action due to the process of code marking methods we employ.  Available with customization options for the external tag markings.  SLT tags are typically used on lobsters and crabs.  Different cable colours are available and generally used to differentiate tagged sub-samples from discrete areas. SLT tags are used on crabs, lobsters, crawfish, asset tagging, water vole burrows and feeding areas, nest ID etc
