WMD MP (multi-protocol) PIT Tag Reader

Description

The WMD MP (multi-protocol) PIT Tag handheld decoder/reader is a mid-form factor reader used for hand reading/scanning of RFID PIT tags and identification of animals in one button press. The reader reads multiple types of pit tags.

Complete with an ultra clear, premium OLED display screen provides information of tag ID and protocol and ID’s on tags, reporting protocols, plus battery status and scanning mode.

The reader features auto off (~120s) and is chargeable via the USB C port. When plugged into a PC the reader can act as a direct HID input tool, inputting the scanned tag ID direct into databases, spreadsheets or even Notebook etc or can be connected via our software (WMD MP Tool Release) where the reader can display all tags, tag protocol, plus many configurable features for the reader itself.

Large data storage capacity, 18 000 tag and time stamp records internally, and comes with Bluetooth connectivity, so data input can be accomplished remote from a phone.

Also available as an upgrade with a protective plastic clam shell case upon request. Ingress protection >IP61
